My background teaching and working in the arts means that I’m a collaborator at heart, whether I’m sharing leadership with students in a university classroom, developing a project with colleagues, or designing programming with community partners.

In addition to teaching at the college level, I have created original performances with participants in schools, health care facilities, and jails, designed and facilitated professional development workshops for classroom teachers, arts specialists and teaching artists, and developed and taught both daylong workshops and yearlong residencies for K-12 students in creative writing and theater.
